Armenia Museum Tours and Brandy Tasting
Travel advice: the UK FCDO advises against all travel within 5 km of Armenia’s eastern border with Azerbaijan and along the M16/H26 road between Ijevan and Noyemberyan; the US lists Armenia at Level 2 and tells travellers not to go to the Azerbaijan border region. The attractions in this guide lie outside those areas, but check gov.uk and travel.state.gov before you go and stay on main roads in Syunik and Tavush.
Guided visits in Armenia are mostly run by the venues themselves, which post fixed tour prices in Armenian dram (AMD). Dollar figures here are rough, at about 370 to 390 AMD to the dollar. Where a venue asks for advance booking, arrange it before you travel and confirm opening hours.

Yerevan Brandy Company (ARARAT)
The ARARAT brandy factory at 2 Admiral Isakov Avenue offers tours and tastings by advance booking, and tasters must be 18 or over. Prices are listed on the official site ; third-party listings show tastings from about $35, so treat that as a guide only.
Wings of Tatev as an attraction
The cable car is a ticketed ride in its own right: 5,752 m long, about 12 minutes, and one way costs 6,500 AMD from March to November. Buy tickets from the official site or the Halidzor station. If you book a day tour from Yerevan, ask whether the cable car fare is included. Tatev is a long drive south, so many visitors sleep in Goris.
Tour operators
Operators selling country tours include Hyur Service, One Way Tour and Armenian Geographic, whose rafting page lists a Debed package priced per group. Rafting Armenia runs the Debed trips directly. Compare what each tour includes, such as entry tickets, lunch and the driver’s waiting time.
