The Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool, at Fullerton Parkway and Cannon Drive, is a Prairie School landscape from 1936 with limestone pavilions and a quiet reflecting pond, free and open daily from mid-April to mid-November. A short walk away, the Lincoln Park Conservatory’s Victorian glasshouse holds four rooms, Palm House, Fern Room, Orchid House, and Show House, free but requiring a timed reservation through the Chicago Park District, and closed Monday and Tuesday.
