The first thing to understand about a guided adventure tour out of Gothenburg is that “the archipelago” is not one place. The city has two, and they run from different piers.
Southern Archipelago: kayaking and sightseeing cruises

This is the one adventure tour on this list with a hard seasonal window, so check dates before building a trip around it.
Guided hiking
Götaleden Trail’s first 20 km section, from Gothenburg to Jonsered, runs through the Delsjön nature reserve and the 19th-century industrial village of Jonsereds Fabriker and suits a guided day hike well. For something longer, Bohusleden threads 370 km north through Bohuslän, with southern trailheads reachable directly from the city’s transit network.

Confirm which harbor a tour actually departs from before you travel to it; Saltholmen and Hönö Klåva are on opposite sides of the city and not interchangeable.
