  1. National Aquarium (Hithadhoo Fish Market Tank)

    • Visit the National Aquarium located at the Hithadhoo Fish Market in Malé, home to a variety of marine life, including sharks, eels, and several species of tropical fish. It’s an excellent place for both children and adults to learn about the diverse marine ecosystem of the Maldives.

  2. Turtle Experience Center

    • Located at the Artificial Beach, the Turtle Experience Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of injured or ill sea turtles. You can learn about these incredible creatures and even see them up close during your visit.

    • Just a short boat ride from Malé, Biyadhoo Island offers an opportunity to witness dolphins in their natural habitat. Boat trips are usually scheduled early in the morning and late afternoon. Please note that sightings cannot be guaranteed due to the wild nature of these creatures.
