Toulouse 4 Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Exploring the City Center

Breakfast: Start your day with a croissant and café au lait at Boulangerie Pascal near the hotel.
Morning: Visit Place du Capitole, the heart of Toulouse, and take a look at its beautiful architecture, including the Town Hall and the Consistory. Don’t forget to climb the Tour de l’Aventure for a panoramic view of the city!
Lunch: Enjoy a traditional French meal at Coin Toulousain. Try their Cassoulet, a classic dish from the region.
Afternoon: Head to Jardin Japonais and explore its tranquil Japanese gardens. After that, visit the Museum of Modern Art (Le Musée des Augustins) to see some impressive artworks.
Dinner: Have dinner at Le 58 Galerie which offers a modern take on French cuisine.
Evening: Take a stroll along the Canal du Midi and enjoy the city’s vibrant nightlife at Le Béarnais or Le Caveau de L’Arc-en-Ciel.

Day 2: Space and Science Exploration

Morning: Visit the CNES (National Center for Space Studies) to learn about France’s space program. Take a guided tour if possible!

Day 3: Day Trip to Albi

Transportation: Take a train from Toulouse Matabiau Station to Albi (approx. 1 hour journey).
Morning: Visit the Cathédrale Sainte-Cécile d’Albi - a stunning Gothic cathedral with an impressive exterior made of red bricks.
Lunch: Have lunch at Le Jardin des Saveurs in Albi, offering a variety of French dishes.
Afternoon: Explore the Palais de la Berbie, now home to the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum showcasing works by the famous French artist.
Return: Take the train back to Toulouse in the evening.
Dinner: Have dinner at Le Chapon Fin, one of Toulouse’s most renowned restaurants.

Day 4: Relaxing and Departure

Morning: Spend your last morning in Toulouse relaxing by the Pont Neuf or shopping at the Les Halles de Toulouse for some souvenirs.
Lunch: Have a farewell lunch at Le P’tit Quinconces, located in the beautiful Parc des Expositions.
