Tonga 2 Day Itinerary
Day 1: Exploring Nuku’alofa and Surrounding Attractions
Morning:
- Arrival at Fua’amotu International Airport. Clear customs and immigration (visa on arrival for many nationalities, check before travel)
 - Pick up rental car or arrange transportation to your accommodation in Nuku’alofa, the capital of Tonga.
 - Visit The Royal Tombs of Tu’i Tonga at Langi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site showcasing 20 tombs of ancient Tongan kings and queens.
 
Afternoon:
- Head to Anaha’angi’ato’anga Beach for some relaxation and swimming. Don’t miss the unique limestone formations!
 - Visit the Tonga National Museum in Nuku’alofa to learn about Tongan history, culture, and arts.
 - Explore the vibrant Nuku’alofa Market for local produce, handicrafts, and souvenirs.

- Depart early for the Ha’apai Islands, a short flight or ferry ride from Nuku’alofa.
