Day 1: Exploring Central Taipei

- English is spoken in many places, but learning some basic Mandarin or Taiwanese phrases will be appreciated by locals.

Transportation: Taipei’s Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system is efficient and easy to navigate. Purchase an EasyCard (易卡) at any MRT station for contactless travel on buses, trains, and even some shops and restaurants around the city. Taxis are also widely available.
