Somalia 3-Day Travel Itinerary (Mogadishu & Jowhar)
Day 1: Exploring Mogadishu
Morning:
- Arrival at Aden Adde International Airport, Mogadishu. (Please note that travel to Somalia requires a prior visa which can be obtained from the Somali embassy in your country.)
- Transfer to hotel for check-in and freshen up.
Afternoon:

Day 2: Jowhar City Tour
Morning:
- Early departure for Jowhar, approximately a 1-hour flight from Mogadishu (flights are available via Daallo Airlines).
- Arrive in Jowhar and visit the Baladweyne Market, one of the largest markets in Somalia.
Afternoon:
- Explore the nearby Al-Shabaab controlled region with a guided tour (safety precautions should be taken).
- Visit the Mogadishu Boundary, offering stunning views of the countryside and neighboring cities.
Evening:
- Return to Jowhar for dinner at a local restaurant.
- Overnight stay in Jowhar.
Day 3: Mogadishu Sightseeing & Departure

- Return to Mogadishu and visit the Martyrs’ Cemetery, a moving tribute to fallen heroes.
