7-Day Itinerary for Exploring Singapore
Day 1: Arrival & Marina Bay Area
- Arrive at Changi Airport. You can take the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) from the airport to your hotel in the city area.
- Check-in at a hotel such as Marina Bay Sands or Raffles Hotel.
- Visit Marina Bay Sands Skypark for a panoramic view of the city.
- Explore Gardens by the Bay and its Supertrees. Don’t miss the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome.
- Have dinner at Catalunya at Marina Bay for some authentic Spanish cuisine.
- Tips: Get an Entitle Card for free entrance to attractions like Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa Island, and more.
Day 2: Sentosa Island & Merlion
- Take the MRT to HarbourFront Station and head to Sentosa Island via Sentosa Express (separate fee).
- Visit Universal Studios Singapore.
- Relax at Palawan Beach and check out Merlion Park.
- Have lunch at Wok Hey for Cantonese cuisine.
- In the evening, return to city area and have dinner at Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle, a Michelin-starred food stall.
Day 3: Chinatown & Little India
- Visit Buddha Tooth Relic Temple in Chinatown in the morning.
- Explore Saga Heritage Museum and Chinatown Heritage Centre.
- Have lunch at a local hawker center like Maxwell Food Centre. Try Hainanese chicken rice or char kway teow.

Day 4: Orchard Road & Botanic Gardens

Day 5: Jurong East - Night Safari & Singapore Science Centre
- Take the MRT to Jurong East and visit Singapore Night Safari. It’s a must-see for wildlife enthusiasts.
- Have dinner at Satay by the Bay inside the park.
- Visit Singapore Science Centre in the evening. Donom’t miss the Omni-Theatre shows.
Day 6: East Coast Park & East Coast Lagoon Food Village
- Spend the day at East Coast Park. You can rent a bike or simply enjoy the beach.
- Have lunch at East Coast Lagoon Food Village for some seafood.
- In the evening, explore Katong and Joo Chiat areas known for their colorful Peranakan houses.
- Have dinner at 328 Katong Laksa or Song Fa Bak Kut Teh.
Day 7: Geylang - Hawker Centre & ArtScience Museum
- Visit the infamous Geylang Red Light District (discreetly) in the morning.
- Have lunch at Hawker Centre 85 for some local delicacies like carrot cake or oyster omelette.
- In the afternoon, visit the ArtScience Museum and explore its exhibitions.
- End your trip with a farewell dinner at Boat Quay along the Singapore River, where you can find numerous restaurants offering various cuisines.
