- Wander towards Amoudi Bay for a swim in the crystal clear waters or a seafood lunch at a waterfront taverna like Amoudi Restaurant.
Evening:
- Return to Oia and grab dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants. Some recommendations are Solomos, El Greco or Meson de Notis.
- Enjoy a relaxing evening strolling through the illuminated streets, perhaps catch the sunset at Sunset Spot or Breathless Oia.
Day 2: Discovering More of Santorini
Morning:
- After breakfast, take a taxi boat from Amoudi Bay to the red beach. Spend some time enjoying the unique volcanic scenery and soaking up the sun.
- Visit the archaeological site of Akrotiri, an ancient Minoan city preserved under layers of ash after the eruption of a nearby volcano around 1627 BCE.

- Head to the town of Fira for lunch at Pagotes or Metaxi Mas. Explore Fira’s shops and attractions like the Museum of Prehistoric Thera, which houses artifacts from Akrotiri, and the Cable Car that offers views of the caldera.
- If you have time, visit the Prophet Elias Monastery before returning to Oia. The highest point in Santorini, it offers stunning panoramic views.
Evening:
- Return to Oia and enjoy a final dinner at Karma or La Selene, two of the most renowned restaurants on the island.
- Spend your last night in Santorini taking in the beauty of this unique destination, perhaps with a glass of Vinsanto wine while watching the stars from one of Oia’s rooftop terraces.
