Day 1 - Explore the Medina & Jemaa el-Fnaa

Morning: Check-in at your Riad (traditional Moroccan house), freshen up, and have breakfast.
- Recommended Stay: Riad Yasmine or Riad Dar Anika for authentic experiences.

Afternoon: Start your exploration with the Medina, the old city center. Get lost in its narrow alleys, explore souks (markets) selling everything from spices to carpets.
- Must-visit: Ben Youssef Madrasa for a glimpse of Moorish architecture.

Evening: Visit Jemaa el-Fnaa square, where storytellers, musicians, and food vendors come alive as the sun sets. Try local delicacies like harira (Moroccan soup) or snail sandwich.
Day 2 - Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, & Majorelle Garden

Morning: Visit the Bahia Palace, a stunning example of Islamic and Moroccan architecture.

Afternoon: Head to the Saadian Tombs, the burial place of the Saadian dynasty rulers.

Evening: Spend your evening at Majorelle Garden, designed by French artist Jacques Majorelle and later owned by Yves Saint Laurent. Don’t forget to visit the Yves Saint Laurent Museum nearby.
Day 3 - Palmeraie & Camel Ride

Morning: Take a taxi or hire a private driver for a trip to Marrakech Palmeraie, an oasis filled with palm trees and beautiful villas. Enjoy a camel ride in the afternoon.

Evening: Head back to the Medina and have dinner at Le TanTan, known for its Moroccan cuisine.
Day 4 - Hammam & Souk Shopping

Morning: Experience a traditional Hammam (Moroccan bath). Recommended Hammams are Les Bains de Marrakech or Hammam Al Bassouna.

Afternoon: Spend your last hours in the souks for some shopping, bargaining is expected and encouraged! Don’t forget to pick up some Argan oil, spices, or a beautiful Moroccan lantern.
Things to Know:
- Bargaining is common in markets and taxis don’t always use meters. Negotiate prices beforehand.
- Dress modestly, especially when visiting mosques (women should cover their heads and wear loose clothing).
- Stay aware of your surroundings, especially at night in the Medina.
- Carry small Moroccan notes (10 Dirhams) for restroom usage in cafes or restaurants.
Transportation:
- Walking is the best way to explore the Medina. For longer distances, use petit taxis (small shared taxis). If you prefer private transport, hire a licensed driver.
