Kosovo 7-Day Travel Itinerary

Day 1: Prishtina (Arrival)

  • Land at Adem Jashari International Airport, Prishtina.
  • Visit the Grand Park Bill Clinton and National Library of Kosovo.
  • Explore the Newborn Monument and Skenderbeu Statue, symbolizing the declaration of independence.
  • Dinner at Brego, a popular local restaurant.

Day 2: Prishtina & Surroundings

  • Morning visit to the Ethnographic Museum of Kosovo and the National Museum of Kosova.
  • Afternoon trip to the Gračanica Monastery, a Serbian Orthodox monastery.
  • Visit the Patriarchate of Peć and the Monastery of the Patriarchate, part of UNESCO World Heritage.

Day 3: Pristina - Peja (Peja)

  • Travel to Peja (approx. 2 hours by car).
  • Visit the Rugova Gorge and explore its stunning canyons.
  • Tour the Patriarchate of Peć and the Monastery of the Patriarchate.
  • Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 4: Peja - Gjakova (Gjakovë)

  • Travel to Gjakova (approx. 1 hour by car).
  • Visit the Ethnographic Museum of Gjakova and the Emin Gjon Balaj Mosque.

Day 5: Gjakova - Prizren

Day 6: Prizren - Gracanica - Prishtina

  • Morning trip to Gracanica Monastery and the Visoki Dečani Monastery (if not visited on Day 2).
  • Return to Pristina and visit the National Heroes Cemetery.

Day 7: Departure

  • Last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Prishtina.
  • Depart from Adem Jashari International Airport.
