Korea North 2 Day Itinerary
Day 1: Exploring Pyongyang
Morning:

Start your day with a hearty Korean breakfast at the hotel. (Note: Due to travel restrictions, you may need a guided tour to visit North Korea. Your tour operator will provide details about meals.) 
- 
Visit Juche Tower, a symbol of President Kim Il Sung’s Juche Ideology. It stands 170 meters tall and offers a great view of Pyongyang if you choose to ascend it. 
Afternoon:
- 
Head to the Mausoleum of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, located at Kumsusan Palace of the Sun. Dress modestly as a sign of respect. No cameras are allowed inside. 
- 
After that, visit Rungna People’s Pleasure Ground - a large recreational area with amusement facilities and a beautiful lake. 
Evening:
- 
Experience a traditional Korean performance at Meari’s Art Theatre. (Note: Performances may vary depending on the schedule.) 
- 
Have dinner at a local restaurant. Your tour operator will arrange this for you. 
Day 2: Discovering More of Pyongyang
Morning:
- 
Visit Museum of the Korean Revolution to learn about North Korea’s history. 
- 
Next, head to the Arch of Triumph - larger than its counterpart in Paris. It commemorates President Kim Il Sung’s return from Josa Mountain after liberating Korea. 
Afternoon:
- 
Explore Ryomyong Street, one of Pyongyang’s main thoroughfares, lined with modern apartment buildings. 
- 
Visit the Mansudae Art Studio, where you can see the preparation process for the famous monumental statues of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. (Note: Photography is not allowed inside.) 
Evening:
- 
Take a leisurely stroll along Kimilsung Square at night, where you can see the stunning laser light show. 
- 
Have your final dinner in North Korea before departing tomorrow.

Visa: You will need a tourist visa to travel to North Korea. This must be arranged through a licensed tour operator.

Money: The official currency is the North Korean Won (KPW). US Dollars are widely accepted in tourist areas. 
- 
Communication: Internet access is limited and usually only available at hotels. It’s best to inform your family and friends about your travel plans before leaving.
