Day 1: Arrival & Exploring Tegucigalpa

  • Arrival at Toncontin International Airport, Tegucigalpa
  • Visit the National Park El Picó Bonito, enjoy local cuisine at Mercado Benny

Day 2: Copán Ruinas

Day 3: Gracias and Luna Jaguar Reserve

Day 4: Lake Yojoa & Celaque National Park

Day 5: Roatán Island

  • Fly to Roatán Island (approximately 1.5 hours)

Day 6: Roatán Island - Gumbalimba Park & Turtle Watching

  • Visit Gumbalimba Park for wildlife and tropical gardens
  • Evening turtle watching tour (July to February)

Day 7: Departure

  • Spend the morning at leisure before your departure from Roatán International Airport.

Transportation: Buses, shuttles, and rental cars are common for longer trips. Taxis and local buses are available in cities. For inter-island travel, flights or ferries are the best options.
