Fiji 4-Day Itinerary: Exploring Paradise

Day 1: Arrival & Nadi [Mainland Viti Levu]

Arrive at Nadi International Airport (NAN).

  • Check into your hotel and freshen up. Recommended accommodations: Turtle Island Resort, Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa, or The Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa.

  • Visit the Sacred Heart Basilica of Suva, a beautiful Catholic church with intricate architecture.

  • Explore the colorful markets at Nadi Town for local souvenirs, handicrafts, and textiles.

  • Evening: Enjoy a traditional Fijian Kava ceremony and Lovo feast (Fijian barbecue) at a local resort or cultural center.

Day 2: Yasawa Islands

  • Transfer to Port Denarau Marina. Take a boat tour to the breathtaking Yasawa Islands (e.g., Yasawa Fly & Flie Island Resort or Blue Lagoon Beach Resort).

  • Spend the day island hopping, snorkeling in crystal clear waters, and sunbathing on pristine beaches. Don’t miss out on the Blue Lagoon!

  • Return to your accommodation on Viti Levu in the evening.

Day 3: Mamanuca Islands & Sigatoka

  • Morning transfer to Musket Cove Marina or Malamala Beach Club for a day of adventure.

  • Activities include jet skiing, paddleboarding, scuba diving, and visiting the Castaway Island.

  • Afternoon: Visit the ancient Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park, home to Fiji’s most significant archaeological site. Explore Tovu Cave and its intriguing Lapita pottery.

Day 4: Nadi & Departure

  • Spend your last day relaxing at your hotel or exploring more of Nadi. Visit the Garden of the Sleeping Giant to see giant bamboo and tropical plants, as well as various exotic birds.

  • If time allows, visit the Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple, one of the largest Hindu temples in the southern hemisphere.

  • Transfer back to Nadi International Airport for your onward journey.
