Fes, Morocco: 5-Day Travel Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival & Exploring the Medina
- Arrival: Fly into Fes (FEZ) Airport. Taxis and shared shuttles are available outside the terminal.
- Accommodation: Check into a riad (traditional Moroccan house or palace) in the Medina, such as Riad Yasmine or Riad Dalia.
- Lunch: Savor a traditional Moroccan meal at Café Clock Fes Medina.
- Afternoon: Visit the Bou Inania Madrasa and the Attarine Madrasa, two of Fes’s most beautiful madrasas (educational institutions).

Day 2 - Exploring the Ancient City

Day 3 - Day Trip to Volubilis & Meknes
- Morning: Hire a guide or rent a car to visit the ancient Roman city of Volubilis and the Imperial City of Meknes.
- Lunch: Enjoy lunch in Meknes at Dar Roumana or Café Hafa.
- Afternoon: Return to Fes and rest, or explore the nearby Batha Museum and Jnan Sbil Garden.
- Dinner: Dine at Ibn Batouta Restaurant for a taste of Moroccan cuisine in a romantic setting.
Day 4 - Visit the Fes el Jdid & Fes el Jdid Souks
- Morning: Head to the Fes el Jdid area and explore the souks, including the spice souk and the leather souk.
