Day 1 - Arrival & Exploring the City Center
- Arrival: The closest international airport is Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. You can take a flight to Trabzon and then a bus to Edirne (approximately 2 hours). Alternatively, you can opt for a direct train from Istanbul’s Sirkeci Station (approx. 4 hours).
- Accommodation: Stay at Hotel Dedebağlar, centrally located and offers a panoramic view of the city.
- Lunch: Visit Güllüoğlu for traditional Turkish desserts and pastries.
- Afternoon: Explore the city center, visit the İmrahor Mosque, Selimiye Mosque, and the famous Edirne Clock Tower.
