Cook Islands 3 Day Itinerary
Day 1: Rarotonga Exploration

Morning: Arrival at Rarotonga International Airport. You’ll need a valid passport with at least six months validity beyond your intended stay, but visitors from many countries do not require a visa for stays of up to one month. After clearing customs, rent a scooter or car (available at the airport) to explore the island.

Lunch: Visit Trader Jacks or Sunset Restaurant & Bar for local cuisine and stunning views.

Afternoon: Head to Avarua town, visit the local markets for shopping and try some fresh tropical fruits. Don’t miss the Punavasi Church and the National Museum.

Evening: Relax at one of Rarotonga’s beautiful beaches like Muri Beach or Takitumu Beach. Enjoy a traditional Cook Islands dinner at Moemoea Restaurant & Bar.
Day 2: Island Hopping and Snorkeling

Morning: Book a day tour to Aitutaki, one of the most beautiful islands in the world. The tour usually includes a visit to One Foot Island, snorkeling at lagoons, and a traditional lunch.

Afternoon: Continue exploring Aitutaki, swim, relax on the beach or take a walk around the island. Return to Rarotonga in the evening.

Evening: Have dinner at your leisure, there are many great restaurants around Muri Lagoon.
Day 3: Cultural Experiences and Farewell

Morning: Visit the Pacific Resort Cultural Centre for a traditional Cook Islands dance performance. You can also participate in a cooking class to learn how to make local dishes.

Afternoon: Spend your last hours shopping for souvenirs, relaxing on the beach or exploring more of Rarotonga’s stunning sights.

Evening: Have a farewell dinner at your choice of restaurant, reflecting on the beautiful memories created during your stay in the Cook Islands. Prepare for departure the next day.
