Cook Islands 2 Day Itinerary
Day 1: Exploring Rarotonga
Morning:
- Arrival at Rarotonga International Airport (RAR). Visitors from many countries can enter the Cook Islands without a visa for up to 31 days, but it’s always good to confirm this with your local embassy.
- Rent a scooter or car (available at the airport) to explore the island easily. Remember to drive on the left side of the road!
Activities:
- Avarua Town: Visit the local markets, including the Punanga Nui Market, for fresh produce and unique souvenirs. Don’t miss the historic Clock Tower and the Vendor Cooperative Society (VCS) Craft Market.
