Day 1: Santiago (Capital City)

In the evening, dine at local restaurants offering Chilean cuisine such as seafood ceviche or pastel de choclo.
- Things to Know: Santiago has a mild subtropical Mediterranean climate with cool and wet winters and warm summers. Spanish is the official language, but English is spoken in most tourist areas.

Day 3: Wine Country (Valle Central)

Day 4: Torres del Paine National Park (Patagonia)
