Canada 7-Day Itinerary (Markdown Format)
Day 1: Arrival & Toronto Exploration
- Arrive at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YTZ or YUL) - Check Visa requirements for Canada.
- Transfer to downtown Toronto via public transport (Subway, GO Transit, or Uber).
- Visit iconic landmarks: CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, and St. Lawrence Market.
- Evening: Explore Kensington Market and enjoy some delicious local cuisine.
Day 2: Niagara Falls & Niagara-on-the-Lake
- Rent a car or book a tour to visit Niagara Falls. Don’t forget to see both Horseshoe Falls and American Falls!
- Explore the nearby town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, known for its wine region, beautiful architecture, and charming shops.
Day 3: Thousand Islands & Kingston
- Head to Kingston via car or bus. Stop along the way at the scenic Thousand Islands (boat tours available).
- Visit Fort Henry, a historic military fort overlooking Lake Ontario, and learn about Canada’s military history.
- Stroll through Queen’s University campus and enjoy dinner in downtown Kingston.
Day 4: Ottawa & Parliament Hill

- Take a stroll along Rideau Canal, UNESCO World Heritage Site, or rent a bike for a pleasant ride.
Day 5: Montreal & Old Montréal
- Head to Montreal (~3 hours from Ottawa). Discover the charm of Old Montréal, with its cobblestone streets and historic buildings.
- Visit Notre-Dame Basilica and Mount Royal Park.
- Enjoy delicious Montreal-style bagels, smoked meat sandwiches, or poutine!
Day 6: Quebec City & Chateau Frontenac
- Drive to Quebec City (~3 hours from Montreal). Marvel at the architectural beauty of the oldest French-speaking city in North America.
- Visit Chateau Frontenac, wander the narrow, charming streets of Petit Champlain district.
- Explore Quebec Citadel and take a tour to learn about its rich history.
Day 7: Departure
- Return your rental car or travel back to Montreal/Toronto for your departure.
- Depending on your flight time, enjoy some last-minute souvenir shopping or sightseeing in the city before heading to the airport.
