Bosnia and Herzegovina 3 Day Itinerary
Day 1: Sarajevo
- Arrival at the International Airport of Sarajevo (visitors can apply for an e-Visa online beforehand or get a visa on arrival if eligible)

- Baščaršija - Explore the historic bazaar and try local Bosnian cuisine such as ćevapi or burek.
- Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque and Complex - One of the most beautiful architectural landmarks in Sarajevo. (Free admission, Open 08:00 - 21:00)
- Youth Memorial - Honors the young victims of the Siege of Sarajevo during the Bosnian War. A must-visit for a deeper understanding of the city’s history. (Free admission, Open 09:00 - 17:00)
Transportation: Buses and trams are easily accessible within the city. Taxis are also available but ensure to agree on the price before starting your journey.
Accommodation: There are various options for accommodation, from budget-friendly hostels to luxury hotels, to suit every traveler’s needs.
Day 2: Mostar and Blagaj
- Travel to Mostar (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by car or bus) - Stunning city with its iconic Stari Most (Old Bridge).
- Stari Most - Visit the famous bridge and watch the local divers perform their daring jumps. (Free admission, Open 24/7)
- Kuća Peke - Traditional Bosnian restaurant offering a delightful culinary experience with a beautiful view of Stari Most.

- Return to Sarajevo (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by car or bus)
Day 3: Jajce and Vrelo Bosne
- Travel to Jajce (approximately 2 hours by car or bus) - Known for its stunning natural beauty and historic sites.
- Gradina - Climb the hill and explore the medieval fortress with breathtaking views over the town.
- Pliva Waterfall - Marvel at one of Bosnia’s most beautiful waterfalls, situated in a serene landscape perfect for picnics. (Admission: €2, Open 09:00 - 17:00)
- Return to Sarajevo (approximately 2 hours by car or bus)
- Vrelo Bosne - Relax at this natural spring and enjoy a stroll around the surrounding park before heading back to your accommodation. (Admission: €3, Open 06:00 - 19:00)
Transportation: For day trips outside of Sarajevo, it is recommended to rent a car or arrange a guided tour. Alternatively, there are buses that connect the cities, but their schedules might be less convenient.
