Bahamas 7-Day Travel Itinerary
Day 1: Nassau (New Providence Island)
- Arrival at Lynden Pindling International Airport, Nassau.
- Check into your hotel and freshen up.
- Visit Atlantis Paradise Island with its world-class aquarium and waterpark.
- Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Cabbage Beach or Cable Beach.
- Evening: Explore downtown Nassau, visit the Straw Market for souvenirs and experience the local cuisine at Arawak Cay (Fish Fry).
Day 2: Nassau & Paradise Island
- Morning: Visit the historic Fort Fincastle and Pompey Museum.
- Afternoon: Take a speedboat tour to Blue Lagoon or visit the stunning Rose Island.
- Evening: Enjoy a sunset cruise or watch a Junkanoo show, Bahamian cultural performance.
Day 3: Exuma (Great Exuma Island)
- Transfer to Staniel Cay airport for a short flight or ferry to Great Exuma Island.
- Visit the famous swimming pigs of Big Major’s Cay and explore Thunderball Grotto.
- Snorkel with nurse sharks and stingrays at Compass Cay.
- Overnight at your hotel in George Town.
Day 4: Exuma & Staniel Cay
- Morning: Take a boat tour to the Exuma Cays Land & Sea Park for incredible snorkeling and wildlife spotting.
- Afternoon: Relax on one of the secluded beaches or explore the waters around Staniel Cay for more marine life encounters.
- Evening: Enjoy local seafood at a restaurant in George Town.
Day 5: Harbour Island (Eleuthera)
- Transfer to North Eleuthera Airport for a flight or ferry to Harbour Island.
- Spend the day exploring Dunmore Town, with its colorful cottages and boutique shops.
- Relax on the pink sand beaches of Harbour Island, such as Pink Sands Beach.
Day 6: Long Island & Dean’s Blue Hole
- Take a ferry to Long Island.
- Visit Dean’s Blue Hole, the deepest known underwater blue hole in the world.
- Explore the beautiful beaches of Long Island and enjoy local cuisine at a beachside restaurant.
Day 7: Return to Nassau & Departure
- Transfer back to North Eleuthera Airport for your flight to Nassau.
- Spend some time shopping for last-minute souvenirs in downtown Nassau.
- Depart from Lynden Pindling International Airport, Nassau.

- Visitors require a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended length of stay. No visa is required for stays up to 90 days.
- The Bahamian dollar (BSD) is the official currency, but US dollars are widely accepted. Credit cards are also commonly used.
- English is the primary language in the Bahamas.
