Day 1 - Arrival & Orientation
- Arrive at Nyaung U Airport or Heho Airport, and transfer to your hotel in Bagan (see accommodation suggestions below).
- Spend the afternoon relaxing and acclimating. You might want to explore the local area around your hotel.
- For dinner, try Shwe Pyay Gyi Restaurant for traditional Burmese cuisine or Moonlight Restaurant for a mix of Asian and Western dishes.

Day 2 - Temple Exploration
- Start early to catch the sunrise over the temples (Taung Kalat Monastery is a popular spot).

- Proceed to the Gubyaukgyi Temple, known for its impressive murals.
- For lunch, visit a local restaurant like Aye Yar Myo or Golden Myanmar Restaurant.
- After lunch, explore more temples such as Thatbyinnyu, Sulamani, and Htilominlo.
- End your day by watching the sunset at one of the lower temples, like Shwesandaw Pagoda or Bupaya.
Day 3 - Temples & Boat Tour
- In the morning, visit less crowded temples like Manuha Temple, Nanbaya Temple, and Myingaba Gu Byauk Gyi Temple.
- After lunch, take a boat tour on the Irrawaddy River to see local life and enjoy the sunset.

Day 4 - Ancient Cities & Hot Air Balloon Ride (Optional)
- Visit the ancient cities of Old Bagan, New Bagan, and Nyaung Oo. Don’t forget to check out the Nan Myint Watch Tower for panoramic views.
- Optional: Early morning hot air balloon ride over the temples for an unforgettable experience (book in advance).
