Argentina 3-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Buenos Aires (City Exploration)
- Morning: Start your day with a classic Argentine breakfast at a local café. Try the medialunas (croissants) and alfajores (cookies filled with dulce de leche).
- Afternoon: Visit the iconic Plaza de Mayo, where you can see the Casa Rosada, the President’s official residence. Nearby, explore the Puerto Madero neighborhood known for its modern architecture and riverfront promenade.
- Evening: Enjoy a tango show at one of the famous milongas like El Viejo Almacén or Café de los Angelitos. Don’t forget to try Argentine wine!
- Things to Know: Buenos Aires is known for its safety concerns, especially in the late evening. Always be aware of your surroundings and avoid carrying large amounts of cash.
- Visa Requirements: Depending on your nationality, you might need a visa to enter Argentina. Check with your local Argentine embassy or consulate.

Day 2: Buenos Aires - Tigre (Day Trip)

Day 3: Iguazu Falls (Travel Day)
- Morning: Take an early flight from Buenos Aires to Iguazu Falls. The falls are shared by Argentina and Brazil, but the Argentine side offers more walking trails.
- Afternoon: Spend your afternoon exploring the upper and lower circuits of the Argentine side of the falls. Don’t forget to visit the Devil’s Throat!
- Evening: If time allows, you can also visit the Iguazu National Park in Brazil for a different perspective. Otherwise, relax and enjoy a peaceful evening in Iguazu.
- Things to Know: Bring insect repellent as mosquitoes can be a nuisance around the falls. Wear comfortable shoes for walking.
- Transportation: Flights are available from Buenos Aires to Iguazu. Once there, you can take buses or taxis to get around.
