7-Day Itinerary for American Samoa

Day 1: Arrival and Pago Pago

  • Arrive at Pago Pago International Airport (VISA requirements: U.S. citizens don’t need a visa, but a valid passport is required. Other nationalities should check with the American Samoa Consulate.)
  • Explore Pago Pago Town - Visit the Robert R. Barranco Memorial Park, enjoy local food at restaurants like Koko Mo Restaurant & Bakery, and shop for souvenirs at local stores.
  • Transportation: Taxis are available at the airport or you can rent a car to explore more easily during your stay.

Day 2: Tutuila Island Exploration

  • Visit Alega’a Farms - Experience the local lifestyle and sample fresh fruits like breadfruit, coconut, and papaya.
  • Laufolisia Waterfall - Hike through lush forests to reach this beautiful waterfall.
  • Tai’asi Tagoaloa Beach - Relax on this secluded beach with crystal clear waters.

Day 3: Swift Currents and Ocean Views at Nu’uusaala’i
