Day 1: Arrival & Exploring the Historical Sites

  • Morning: Check into your hotel (recommendations below). Freshen up and have breakfast at the hotel or a nearby café.

  • Afternoon: Visit Pompey’s Pillar, a 30m high column built in honor of Emperor Diocletian. Then head to the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, an ancient Roman burial site that blends three types of catacombs.

  • Evening: Walk along the Corniche and enjoy the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea. Have dinner at Fish Market Restaurant to taste some fresh seafood.

Day 3: Day Trip to El Alamein
